Application for membership with voting rights

Decisions on membership with voting rights are made by SAMI’s board at the next board meeting.

Recording abroad

Refers to recordings outside Sweden where you contributed as an artist, musician or producer. The information must be substantiated, for example with a copy of the cover showing the people involved or a certificate from the producer.

Transfer of rights to your company

A copy of the company certificate must be attached for the transfer to be approved.

Distribution of Estate

When there is more than one beneficiaries, a deed of inheritance is needed. The form must be signed by all of the beneficiaries.

Estate beneficiaries' proxy

With a power of attorney, a proxy is entitled to receive compensation on behalf of an estate. The form must be signed by all of the beneficiaries.
